Our TAMs play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve technology success by measuring each client’s alignment to our standards and building/maintaining a relationship with them as a technical resource. TAMs become our internal subject matter expert for each client’s environment and complete on-site and remote checks of their infrastructure in areas such as security, backups, workstations, servers, and email. Service Desk Coordinator
This will be a multifaceted role that works with several departments where the two primary responsibilities will be joining our service dispatch team and managing our procurement process. Our dispatch team is responsible for managing service requests and scheduling a member of our engineering team to fix technical issues. This involves communicating with our clients to understand their requests, following our ticketing process, and assigning our internal resources accordingly.
