Compensation:

Base plus commission, competitive based on experience

Job Description: 

Our business development department consists of an inside sales representative (ISR), an outside sales representative (OSR), and marketing.  Our marketing and ISR work together to set appointments through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing activities.  It is the OSR’s primary responsibility to attend the appointments, qualify or disqualify the lead, and ultimately close the right prospect at the right price.  The OSR will also be responsible for continuously updating our CRM/prospect database, generating their own leads/appointments, and maintaining a referral network.

Responsibilities:  

  • Meet with businesses to introduce our company, qualify them as a candidate, and close new business
  • Meet performance goals and objectives (attending 3-4 appointments per week)
  • Set appointments through outbound activities
  • Actively participate in training
  • Maintain a Lead Generation Network
  • Continually update our CRM/prospect database

Required Qualifications:  

  • Minimum education: Associate degree
  • At least 5 years in an outside sales role, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Basic understanding of technology
  • Must have reliable transportation
