The metrics we monitor include CPU and memory utilization, network performance, disk drive capacity, OS services, and we provide fully integrated administration tools if our clients have their own IT staff or want to get into the details themselves. If they want to leave the hard work to us, we will install and configure needed OS patches and security updates, device driver updates, and maintain antivirus software while keeping them up to date of the changes and in compliance of SEC and other regulatory requirements.
- Backup and Replication
You can have your assets backed up and replicated daily or even continuously. Every day an image is taken of your servers along with a backup of your data. Once-a-day is our minimum. We can back them up at whatever intervals you wish, including continuously.

On screen, your staff can track their ticket status, in real-time, further ensuring accountability for every ticket’s lifecycle. They can attach additional notes, request that their ticket be closed, reopen cases, and rate the technicians they worked with to give us feedback. And as a final tracking service, every Reactive Support request is analyzed for repeat or similar issue so we can complete Root Cause Remediation/ analysis and review.
